SimpleYogurt.com came about one night several months ago when my wife and I made yogurt at home for the first time. We got out the milk and the pans, heated up the mail, added the started, put the mix into the oven and went to bed. The next morning we had some tasty, creamy yogurt. Wow! how simple was that?

- We saved money - very thrifty
- We reduced our waste - very green
Best of all making yogurt was simple. We imagine that there are other simple step we could take that might improve our qualilty of life and to allow us to contribute to the common good in a more positive fashion. I am sure that I and my family can’t solve the world’s problems. But we can reduce our contribution to those problems. I’m betting a lot of those things that we do will be as simple as making yogurt.
